Accidetally changed me Admin password

Hi pepole

I have done something stupid and accidentally changed my
Admin password and now I cant restart my computer as I
won't be able to log in as admin when It restarts. I
realise that i can create another admin account but it
will not allow me to access the files I have already
created in my old admin account.

Please tell me there is a way to reset the admin password
so i can create a new password.

Ben,

If you are currently logged on to the administrative account,
type CTRL-ALT-DEL and a window should pop up. One of the buttons
on that window is a change password option.
