Accidently used Acer e-recovery

I accidently pressed key for Acer e-recovery on my notebook. Everything
has been overwritten. Is there any possible to get my files? If yes
what is the best sofware for that? Please help me. Thank you.

Invent a time machine, perform a backup...

No. Overwrite means gone for all practical purposes.
Restore your backup.

Why are their keys like that for people to press ???

And was their do you want to destoy all your info in this recovery
diolouge box. Did you press OK ?
