Accidently Deleted ALL Administrator Accounts

Can't add an admin account to XPwithout having one! I
could reinstall but would rather not lose all desktop
settings. Can anyone help?

Greetings --

Simply log in using the built-in Administrator account (which
cannot be deleted) and create another account with administrative
privileges, or modify one of the existing accounts.

me too! my husband accidently 'deleted'my administrator
account. I've tried everything! There should be a way
to recover it?
