accidently deleted administrator file..by right clicking
on "my computer"..."manage"...."local users and
groups"..."users"...(then my account with admin
access)....I would highly recommend that you never do
this....I can no longer run most of my programs and would
like to know if there is a way to recover it. The other
occount on my computer has limited access so I cannot do
anything...does this mean my computer is now a boat
anchor?..I do still have the original administrator file
in the folder but it doesn't seem to do anything....

Log in as Administrator, using the Administrator password. Then you can
give your own account Administrator rights and privileges.
