i accidentally removed my turnoff command in the start menu (the red one), which is next to the logoff command, and I don't know how to display it again there

Ador,

Open Registry Editor and goto:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer]
Set "NoClose" to 0

Restart the computer.

==NoClose=
Description:Removes the "Turn Off Computer" button from the Start Menu and
prevents shutting down Windows using the standard shutdown user interface.
Registry Value:"NoClose"
