Accidentally deleted files with clean sweep

How do I recover files that were accidentally deleted
under the system tools-clean function
 
There are third-party products that can recover the deleted files as
long as they haven't been overwritten by other file activity on the
disk. A Google search for "undelete" will point you towards several.
