Accessing regional settings using .net classes

Hi All,

Is there any way of accessing the regional settings on a computer using an
intrinsic class in .NET or an API on machines that dont have .NET framework

Hi,

You just can't run a .NET app on a machine that doesn't have the .NET
Framework installed.
