Our organization has centralized our contact information in a public folder on Exchange (this folder uses a custom form developed for our particular contact needs). We use this folder as the default folder instead of the Global Address List, so when users click the To: field button they see this public contact folder. When we are off-network, we use Outlook Web Access (which is getting better and better with each new release). Two questions regarding the use of our public folder in OWA
1. Is there a way to make this public folder the default when creating new email messages from OWA? The only two options I see currently are the Global Address List and the user's personal contact folder.
2. Is it possible to duplicate the custom form I created for this public folder in OWA? I think I read somewhere that you have to do it in HTML. We can access the public folder from OWA but the custom fields are lost when you open a contact, since it uses the standard contact form
Thanks
