accessing programs

I'm new to xp. I loaded a program and it works fine,
however how can the other users on this computer access
it when it doesn't show up on their list of programs?

Put a shortcut to the program into the C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\ALL
USERS\ START MENU folder.
