I have already exported my Outlook personal files to a portable jump drive.
How do I access the files on the drive from another computer? The device I
am using is a USB 256mb memory stick. I don't want to carry my laptop
around, but would like to export the info from my daily outlook onto the
stick and then use the stick to access the files at another computer. Does
this make sense?

You can map the Thunmdrive as the storage for your pst file when you setup
the account, make sure that the you have a backup of the file

From the second PC You could try the following

Start Outlook 2000.
2. On the File menu, point to Open, and then click Personal Folders File
(.pst).
3. Open the folder that contains the new .pst file that you created and
repaired.
4. Click the new .pst file, and then click OK.
