Accessing others' shared calendars in Outlook

The only way I have been able to access other users'
shared calendars in Outlook (2000) is to go to File|Open
other user's folder. The calendar will then show up in a
new window. Is there a way I can get this calendar into a
shortcut on my outlook bar or in my outlook folders?
 
I use Outlook XP - but I know this option is there for 2000 - but there
is a place where you can set it up so that another calendar automatically
opens whenever you open Outlook. ONce that calendar is open and displayed
in the Folder list, you can drag the icon to your Outlook Shortcut bar.

Hopefully, someone can tell you what the steps are to get the calendar to
automatically open in Outlook 2000;
