accessing old outlook 2000 folders from outlook xp

Old drive had windows 98 and office 2000. New hard drive
has windows and office xp. How do I move my old folders
and emails from my old hard drive to my new drive so that
my new outlook can access them? Kind of like the question
from Tim Wong but I don't care about keeping my other
version when I'm done. When I'm done I want to see my old
folder structure in my new outlook with all of my old
email history intact.
