accessing my bios for windows xp

I have a 1.8 dell.How do i access my bios settings for windows xp.And also how do i change my fan speed while i am in the bios.Any help greatly appreciated

i've just answered that it your other thread!

here it is anyway...

"press ??? to enter setup"

when you see this on boot up press the relevant key and that'll take you into the BIOS!

i would go with the fan being faulty. replace it.
