Just upgraded to XP prof. I need to logon with my XP
laptop to my client networks which are at 2 physical
locations and with different domains. I set up 2
different userid/pw as administrator to local machine.
Used the first userid to login and used
MYCOMPUTER/SystemInformation/network wizard to setup
first domain access. And when I go to other site, I end
up defining the 2nd domain with a different domain. But
when I go to the first site, my domain option does not
show up for the first userid.

How can I have access setup for 2 different domains?

You don't need to have two separate accounts - one of my favorite features
of XP Pro is the ability to cache network passwords and authenticate to
several domains. I would set up an account that is joined to neither domain.
(But, you could join one or the other, if you'd like.) Next, go to start -
control panel, open up user accounts, and click on manage network passwords
(on the advanced tab if you are joined to a domain). Then, just start adding
credentials to the various domains you want to access, and you will
seamlessly authenticate. Good stuff.
