Accessing multiple contact lists when creating an email?

I have 4 contact lists. When I create an email, it only allows me to see one.
How can I access a list other than the primary list Contacts?
 
Right click on the other folders, choose Properties, go to the Outlook
Address Book tab and check the "Show this folder as an email address book"
box
