Accessing MS SQL server from c#

Hi,

I have a regestration form in a form through which users
enter the information . I have to insert this data into
database. I am using asp.net with C# in visual
studio .net. I am using MS SSQL server database .Can
anyone please help me by giving me code or other resources
on the web.
