Good morning, all....sometimes I work from home and I access my database
(mde) from a Citrix server. I am running Access 2000.
This is the problem: I have a button on one of the form, that allows me to
send an e-mail to a customer whenever there is a change on their account or
to follow-up on a technical issue. This morning, when I clicked on the
button to send the e-mail, I received an error message: Reserved.
And it does not even open Outlook. Any ideas?
Thanks

Since you MDE is actually running on the Citrix server (NOT your PC), so it
needs Outlook to be installed on the Citrix Sever also, NOT Outlook on your
PC. I am not sure how the Automation works on the Citrix server and how the
Citrix server handles the Outlook profile.

Suggest you get on to the Citrix Web site and find more info. on automating
Outlook on the Citrix server.

Outlook is installed on the Citrix server.

If it was working before, try rebooting your PC and then the Citrix server.

I am not sure how Citrix server handles the Outlook Profiles since I assume
that there will be other users using the same Access with Outlook
automation.

I think you need to hit the Citrix Web site on this.
