accessing links in email messages

I use Outlook Express in Windows XP Home Edition. I am connected via wireless
ADSL router.
I cannot access links that appear in incoming email messages. I have no
problems connecting to the internet or to send & receive emails. I just
cannot connect to any links that appear in the body of the email message.

Close all open Internet Explorer and Outlook Express windows.
Go to Start / Run and type in: REGSVR32 URLMON.DLL (including the space)
Press the OK Button.

Click to confirm the succeeded message.

Control Panel / Internet Icon / Programs Tab. Click the "Reset Web Settings"
Button. Exit all running programs and reboot the computer.
