accessing hotmail mails from ms outlook

As the hotmail has set high security standard like typing the words appearing
in the picture and entering the inbox, we are facing problem in freely
accessing the mails from the MS Outlook 2003. Kindly help us providing a
solution or give us a plugin so that we can easily access from Outlook 2003.
 
Outlook 2003 allows creation of http email accounts to access Hotmail (and
MSN).
Try:
Menu Tools\E-mail Accounts...
Click "Add a new e-mail account"
Click "Next >"
Click "HTTP"
Type in your login information (service provider type is automatically
selectded, depending on your logon information)
Clickl "Next >"

I don't have a hotmail account, so I can't go past this page; so, let us
know how it works for you.
