accessing Hotmail folders

So I have written a handy VBA macro for OL2003 that manages my incoming
mail. It would sure be nice if this macro could process mail in folders
that are linked to HTTP mail servers such as Hotmail. Is this possible?
 
Does the MAPIFolder.Items.ItemAdd method not work on those folders? (Don't have a paid Hotmail account myself to try it with.)
