Accessing E-mail Attachments

I use Outlook Express to send and receive e-mails. OE
blocks me from opening ANY attachment regardless of the
sender, even in cases where I know the attachments are
O.K. Any suggestions as to why this is happening or on a
fix? I should also mention that I am using the latest
free version of Zone Alarm as a firewall.
 
Hi

Tools>>Options>>Security
Under Virus Protection, uncheck "Do not allow attachments ....blah blah
blah"
