I have 3 different email accounts that I'd like to access through Outlook and
be able to send messages with the different emails as sender. Is there a way
of doing this?

Somebody mentioned on here to switch to workgroups setting. Will that mess
up messages, contacts, calendar, etc. already set up and populated in Outlook?

Using Outlook 2000 and Windows Me

Thanks

don't switch to workgroup unless you specifically need a feature. outlook in
internet mode should support send using different accounts via a toolbar
button.

Are you using word or outlook as your editor?

I'm using Outlook as my editor.

Somebody mentioned to me that there's a feature called identities in Outlook
Express that allows you to switch between accounts. Is there something
similar in Outlook?

Later versions of Outlook and Outlook Express definitely allow you to do this
easily, though in slightly different ways. Not sure about Outlook 200 though,
have you tried looking in the Help for using multiple accounts?

In OL200:

Begin your new message.

In the message window, select View > Options

See "Send Message Using" in the Delivery Options section.

Select the account that you want to appear as the Sender of that message.
(Your "default" e-mail account in OL will be the 'default' for any NEW
messages. Reply messages will default to the account that received the
original message.)
