accessing contacts list when using mail/envelope wizard

When I am attempting to address an envelope, I used to be
able to open the envelope wizard and click on the address
book icon and look at a drop down menu of all of my
contacts. However, since installing Office XP, something
has occurred so I can now only view a small portion of my
contacts list and in that list, only see names and email
addresses rather than all of the names and their
appropriate mailing address. How do I correct this?

You need to ask this question in an OUTLOOK newsgroup.
