accessing atchments on e-mails

I recently purchased a PC wth Outlook Express as the e-
mail software. I sent myself (from my work e-mail
address)an email with an attahment. When I tried to read
the attachment at home I wasunable to do so and received
the following message "OE removed access to the following
unsaf attachments in your mail: name of attachment"
Can anybody give me the clues as to how to accss wat I
knowto be asafe attachment?
 
Tools-> Options-> tab Security-> option Do not allow attachments...

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.
Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
