Accessing a Profile Value from a Class

Working in a web...How can I access a Profile value from a Class?
I've tried positng this the appropriate group with no luck.
 
In the future try to think what newsgroup would be best to have the
discussion such as the news://microsoft.public.dotnet.framework.aspnet for
example because your asking about functionality the framework provides to us
rather than a C# language problem.

Maybe not thinking enough about the task is part of the problem your having?
You sure did not give anybody enough information to respond to.
