Accessing a Network Folder

I want to set up a folder on the network that can only be accessed by senior
members of Staff. In particular, I do not want the IT staff to be able to
access the folder as it will contain high level Minutes of Meetings etc.

How can I do this please?
 
You should ask your question in a newsgroup about your version of Windows.
