Just out of curiosity why would you want to 'copy'
or 'move' your temporary internet files? The only thing i
would want to do with them is 'delete' them.
You will find that the temporary internet files folder is
a hidden folder. To access it do the following:

1/ Open Windows Explorer
2/ click Tools on the main toolbar followed by folder
options. This is at the bottom of the drop down menu
3/ in folder options windows click the view tab
4/ look for Hidden Files and Foilders section in the list
and then right click on the radio button next to
the 'show hidden files and folders' and then click Apply
followed by OK to exit.
5/ In windows explorer click on your My Computer followed
by Local Disk C:
6/ Next click on Documents and Settings in the menu that
has expanded from Local disk C:
7/ Next click the folder with your name on. This will
expand again.
8/ Now click Local Settings
9/ You will find temporary internet files folder at the
bottom.

If you want to delete them, which really you should
because they take up room the easiest way to do it is to:

1/ Go to control panel
2/ Click Internet Options
3/ On the General tab in the temporary internet files
section press the Delete Files button. This will clear
the temporary internet file folder.
4/ At the same time you might also want to press the
Delete Cookies button and Clear History.

Hope this helps

I copy and paste Temporary Internet Files on regular basis. Sometimes I'll
go to a site, look at some JPGs, save some of them, and a few hours later
realize that I wanted some which I hadn't saved. Then rather than go back
to the site, I'll go to my Temporary Internet Files folder, and copy and
paste the wanted files which I hadn't saved, to another folder. That may
satisfy your curiosity as to why someone might want to copy Temporary
Internet Files to another folder.

I used to do the same about three years ago, before broadband. I take it
your still on dial up...ouch... I remember those days. Once/if you can goto
broadband, you'll never do that again. :o)

It is still quite a good way to backup the downloaded .exe file from
when you do a Windows Update
