Does anyone know if you can save the settings from an Accessibility
Wizard to a file in Windows XP to then be loaded on another PC so that
you don't have to go through the wizard again. I found documentation
on this for Windows 2000 that you are supposed to have an option to
save to an .acw file at the end of the Wizard but that option does not
show up in XP Pro for me.

Thanks

I am not finding any information on *.acw files in XP. However, XP does
have a "Files and Settings Transfer" wizard (FAST). It can be used to
create a backup of the users preferences settings. This backup includes the
preference settings for Accessibility options.

Some reference articles about FAST:

Thanks for the info. I'm trying to come up with a solution to turn on
Accessibility features when a disabled person logs into a computer in
our student labs. We don't use roaming profiles so that won't work.
Seems like someone has had to deal with this before.

Thanks

Create a user account. Get it setup. Keep it in reserve as a template for
new accounts. In System Properties> Advanced> Users there is a "copy to"
function that allows you to copy a profile for one user account to another.

The target account needs to be created and logged on to one time so that XP
sets up its folders. Then log on to an admin account that is not the
profile that will be copied nor the profile being copied to.

You could create a few of these custom templates. Base one on mobility
options, another on vision options and so on.
