Having a problems with my other users accessing programs Administrator
downloaded (i.e., Real Player, scanning software), what am I doing wrong?

You're probably doing nothing wrong, When software isn't designed
specifically for XP, you can run into problems and the programs will be
unavailable to limited users. There are a few different methods for getting
these programs to work. MVP Rick Rogers has a page with some useful tips on

NOTE: There are some programs that just will not work with limited user
accounts even with the workarounds. If you run into one of these, contact
the vendor for an updated version or for their recommendations of using
their software under XP.
