Is there any way to "nicely" remove this entire "benefit"? I don't want
anyone to be able
to use HIGH CONTRAST, especially when it's used at the logon screen (left
shift + left ctrl + print screen). I would love
to just be able to remove this entire load of junk, at least it's junk to
me.

Have you tried uninstalling it from the add/remove programs, Setup tab?

Yes, but all that that does is remove the accessibility Wizard

Dandy, so let me guess, you uninstalled the wizard before configuring the
accesibility options NOT to respond to your keyboard inputs, right?

No, I changed it all, and yet it still works.
And even when I configured the damn thing to not use any
type of keyboard inputs, it will still do it in the Logon screen.
Pressing L Shift+Left Ctrl+Print screen will change to high contrast.
That's what I really want gone
