Accessibility Freeware?

I am interested in any freeware that helps build accessibility into any
program, whether it be PowerPoint, Pdf files, you name it!

It's public domain!!

MS and IBM have their own development stuff (and I like the demo apps that
came with MS Speech API SDK 5.1 (SAPI 5.1). I don't know where I left it's
hyperlink, though... :[

Thanks, but it doesn't appear to be freeware. Am I missing the link?
