I have WindowsXP with the latest version of Access. I
would also like to install Access97 so I can use
both. I know this can be done but I have no idea how ?

The recommended way is to install them in their version order. I have
successfully uninstalled Office XP, cleaned the registry, then installed
Office 97, then reinstalled Office XP.

The only thing you may need to be aware of is that after registering the
Access 97 application, you need to ensure it doesn't re-register after an
Access XP install. To do that find the file: msaccess.srg and rename it,
then create a new empty text file in the same folder and name it
msaccess.srg.

I've deliberately installed out of order several times now and have
only gotten the standard license problem.
