Pivot Table Problems (Access 2002)

..The Filter, Column and Data Field boxes are missing on
the pivot table view.
..The Filter, Category and Data Field boxes are present on
the pivot chart view but no fields can be dragged and
drop to them.
..When I try to add fields form the Field List - the 'Add
to' button is greyed out when either row, column or
filter area is select.
..When I right click on the pivot chart (or the blank
space in pivot table view) all the options are greyed out
..Tool bars are greyed out in Pivot table and chart view.
If I closed the filed list I wouldn't be able to bring it
up because the Field list icon in the tool bars menu is
greyed out.
..When an existing Pivot table or chart is opened it does
not display correctly because the missing Fields (row,
column and filter) and can not be manipulated as tool
bars and options are greyed out.
 
Im having the same trouble right now.. i cant drag the fields to a pivot
chart..and I cant drag any fields in a pivot table except at the data
field. Cant find any soultion too.
