HI,
Close Internet Explorer. Start/run "regsvr32 softpub.dll". When you get the
successful message, repeat for the following files:
Wintrust.dll
Initpki.dll
Dssenh.dll
Rsaenh.dll
Gpkcsp.dll
Sccbase.dll
Slbcsp.dll
Mssip32.dll
Cryptdlg.dll
If all are successful, then reopen Internet Explorer and retry the secure
sites. If not, then start/run "sfc /scannow" and allow this tool to verify
the system file integrity. You may need your WinXP CD, and know the location
of the ServicePackFIles folder, usually under C:\Windows. This will replace
damaged files with clean ones. Then retry.
