First, open Internet Explorer, go to tools, select Internet Options, on the
General tab, click Delete Cookies, Delete files (accept the option to delete
all offline content) and click Clear History. Then try the sites again.
If you still have the problem, check your firewall and/or any other security
software and settings, popup blockers, ad blockers, cookies blockers as any
such application could be the culprit. This will require some trial and
error on your part to test settings and applications. When you disable a
setting or application, before to once again clear the IE cache as outlined
in the first paragraph as a page still in the cache could prevent access
even when a setting changed.
