Base your Report on a query that prints what you want it to print.

For a more detailed answer, please ask a more detailed question,
indicating what you're printing, what's in your table, and how you're
printing it.

The short answer is to click the radio button next to
Selected Record in the Print dialog box. This is OK for
occasional use by people who know to do that, but a better
solution is to use some VBA code to specify one record.
How you do this depends on the details, as John Vinson
pointed out, but I can tell you that this newsgroup helped
me recently with the very same issue. The solution
probably is not complicated.
