If there is any one out there that can take me through
setting up an access database form scratch or from an
existing one..then please contact me asap...i need to set
up a data base with contact details, another one with
recruitment details ie date offer letter sent etc. another
telling me details about when the job was advertised,
costs etc...and finally another one equal opportunitys so
I can monitor the replys to jobs..all of these databases
need to be linked by a job id number. If anyone can make
head or tail or knows how to use access successfully

You may have some good results if you search Google for "Applicant Tracking
System" There are a number of commercial systems available that do most or
all of what you are looking for.

To get the level of assistance you need as described below, you will need to
specify how much your budget allows.

Hope that helps...

A lot of the people who answer quesitons on the newsgroups - myself included - are freelance developers who donate our time to do so. It's considered poor netiquette to ask for personal help offline
