i want to use the queries of ms access, as iam working for a infocom, i
want to view the monthly bills in the form of queries, (as i enter the
customer No i want to view the status of the bills which he has paid and
which he is not paid). all the database is presently in excel so kindly
help in this matter i want a soon reply
 
If I understand you correctly, you would not do this with
a query. You would do this through a FORM that displays a
REPORT. This forum is here to answer a specific
question. You have not asked a specific question. For
example "how do I import an EXCEL file into ACCESS?"
But "how do I create a FORM to display a report?" is far
too broad a question. People have written chapters in
books explaining this answer (and the answers to what you
have just asked). Mybe you should buy a good ACCESS
book. They have certainly been helpful to me in the past.
