If any one know web pages or information comparing between access and Excel
(data base )

Because many people ask me many time I can do data base in Excel and I
don't know how to advice him to move to access

Excel is a spreadsheet, Access is a database. If a person does not know the
difference between the two, there is little hope for them. Advise them to
read a book on software development.
