Is there a site that I can go to, to access sites hosted internally on
our servers externally?

I think he wants to test his publicly hosted internal site (behind a NAT
possibly?).

If so, remote into an external computer, such as your home computer, and try
to access your site.

Otherwise if that's not what is being asked, it's hard to tell...
