Access violations

I'm getting many random access violation errors C000005.
Any idea what may cause this?

I've tried Sp2 Sp3 Sp4 no effect.

From the same application or several different applications? Or when surfing the
Internet? Also, what system file or service has been identified by the error (i.e.,
the "Blue Screen")? Right now, the cause can range from the application itself
to the installed memory card(s).
