access violation

When instaling Scree Shot 4.0 Delux, I received the
following error-

Application Error
GLBSSTUB caused an access violation in
ntdll.dll at 0x77fsh2ab

Can someone please email me back with solution?

Clear out the contents of the Temp folders. By default these are:
C:\Windows\Temp
and
C:\Documents and Settings\<account you're are logged on to>\Local
Settings\Temp

May need to change Folder Options>View to show hidden and system
files/folders to get to both locations.

After you've deleted the contents of these temp folders (leave the Temp
folders in place), try the install again.
