Access violation

Hi there
If using the IE or OE I get the message:
"Access violation at ox00434126(tried to read from
0x00000004),program terminated".

Is this of any concern and how can I solve it??

May be able to fix it by reinstalling or running the repair of Internet
Explorer.

This is not IE/OE, this is another application running in the background.
