Access Violation when attempting to access Net with IE

iExplore box pops up and replicates repeatedly (250+
times) whenever access attempt to Net via IE is
performed. Error msg as follows within iExplore error
box:
'access violation at address '00FB4685 in
mod "SGengine.dll"'

CPU maxs at 100% and system freezes up. Running XP Home.

Any Suggestions pls!?
