Access Unexpectedly Quits

I have an application that has been in production for over
5 years with minimal issues. We are adding a lot of
features to one of the forms and now, every once in a
while, when I close that form it completely kicks me out
of access.

It seems to be some sort of corruption related issue but
it doesn't give me any errors at all. Just shuts down
access. Doesn't tell me why, nothing. Just gets out of
access.

Some of the code on the close button is running because I
clean up some tables when that button is pushed and the
tables are all cleaned. It is suppose to reopen another
form at that point and at some point after it purges the
tables and tries to open the other form, it just kicks out.

Any ideas or direction on what could possibly be the
problem? Any help is appreciated. This is a strange one
to me.

Access frequently corrupts when you are modifying the objects (forms,
reports, etc).

Creating a new database and importing all the objects will probably recover
most if not all of it. The steps are outlined in:
