We have an Access database that generates a report and
then we publish it in Word. We have one computer that
always produces errors on the report once it is published
in Word. The computer always eliminates information from
the header of the report and the report detail. The
margins are also different then from the original
report. We do not have these problems on any of our
other computers that generate the report.

Thinking it was maybe a problem with the NORMAL.DOT file,
I reloaded Word, but nothing changed. I then copied a
version of the NORMAL.DOT file from my computer and put
it on that computer, but no such luck. Any ideas?

I have had similar problem, I found that the printer
driver on that one printer was the problem.
Good luck

Thank you for your reply, but the problem occurs in
Word. It is visible on the screen before you even print
the page.

Printer drivers DO affect how documents appear in applications like Word.
Windows applications are WSIWYG, and the applications use the printer
drivers to emulate printer pages.

I have a similar problem with one user's computer. What would be possible solutions or things to check if it is the printer driver?

Just try updating the printer driver, it is a good idea to use the latest
driver anyway.
