'Access to the specified device, path, or file is denied.' pops up when I
attempt to enter the properties for the computer setup. I also get it when
trying to access mouse properties and many other areas in the folders or
attempting to check out properties in devices. Admin. access so should have
no problems. Tried reinstalling Windows 2000 Pro but problem still there.
Do I have a virus? If so, how do I get rid of it?
