Access to programs only to approved user accounts

I have several user accounts on my home computer. 3 of which are teenage
girls. I have yahoo and msn instant messaging that I use. How do make
access to these two instant messaging programs inaccessable to the some of
the other users?

You cannot do this with Windows, but you can arrange the items on the
Desktop and in the Start Menu so that your users have personalized
entries here. Move such entries away from C:\DOCUMENTS AND
SETTINGS\ALL USERS\DESKTOP and C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\ALL
USERS\START MENU to the personalized user folders in C:\DOCUMENTS AND
SETTINGS.
