Access to Pavillion XP

I am having trouble getting into my home computer which
is a pavillion xp. My child turn the computer off instead
of shutting it down and I did not copy the new password
that I put in to get into the computer if this was to
happen.My phone# is 623-261-3229 and my email address is
(e-mail address removed)!
