Access to My Documents on Previous "C"

When using Norton to make a Ghost XP on Drive C, Windows
failed big time. Was unable to recover. Have loaded XP on
a second hard drive (new drive "C") that sees previous
drive as it's Slave, with label "H". I cannot access "My
Documents" on "H", (possibly due to the fact that a
password was required to log-on to Windows when this hard
drive was configured as C in its previous life?)

Question: Is there a way to by-pass this accessibility
feature? I have dragged the file into "Shared Documents"
on new drive C, but this does not allow access to "My
Documents".

Supplementary Question: Is there a way to recover all of
the files from Outlook and Outlook Express?

Thank you.

Take Ownership of that folder. Login as Administrator from Safe mode (XP
Home)
